What’s your return policy?

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective items. Non-defective items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. If you’d like to return a product, please contact us at support@coffeehype.shop within 28 days of receiving your order. Please note: We cannot accept returns of used items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If this applies, please email us at support@coffeehype.shop with your order number and clear photos of the affected items. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email. If your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/colour?

Yes, we accept exchanges, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging. If you ordered the wrong size or colour, please reach out within 28 days of receiving your order. You’ll be responsible for the return postage unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

If an item was mislabelled or incorrect, we’ll send the correct item at no cost to you.

Return Instructions

Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 28 days of receipt. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 28 days of the estimated delivery date. If the return is due to our error, we’ll cover the associated costs.

Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. Unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 28 days.
